The less-announce mailing list is a low-volume list for the purpose of announcing new releases of less. It is not a discussion list, and members do not post messages to the list. In other words, it is a receive-only list.
To subscribe, send an email message to less-announce-request@greenwoodsoftware.com with the single word "subscribe" in the body. The subject may be empty. You will be automatically subscribed to the list and will receive an email message with more information about the list.
Starting in April 2025, new releases of less are also announced in an Atom feed. For the immediate future, releases will be announced on both the mailing list and the Atom feed. Eventually the mailing list may be phased out in favor of the Atom feed.
